Teaching Personnel is working closely with a secondary school in Northampton to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher. This is a full-time agency role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics at Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners

  • Promote curiosity, scientific thinking, and problem‑solving skills

  • Prepare students for assessments and examinations

  • Contribute to extracurricular STEM activities and enrichment opportunities

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Specialism in one or more Science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
