Overview

Sport Support Assistant – CER is looking for a Learning Support Assistant from a sports background to work as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school in Newcastle upon Tyne.

• Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
• Pay: £13.68 – £16.29 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30

Responsibilities

The role is to work as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school in Newcastle upon Tyne. You must have the ability to build a rapport with the students quickly and support their learning under supervision.

Qualifications

Experience of coaching sport to children or adults is required; a sports coaching qualification isn’t essential.

Contract

The role is initially temporary but has the potential to go permanent for the correct applicant.
