  • Maintaining a precise and audit-ready set of financial records

  • Overseeing financial compliance linked to school trips parental contributions and internal funds
  • Liaising with suppliers auditors and the trust finance team
  • Supporting payroll checks and HR remuneration-related documentation
  • Contributing to the implementation of new financial procedures and system upgrades
