Are you a proactive and friendly individual with a passion for creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for a dedicated School Caretaker/ Site Assistant to join a friendly school. We believe that a well-kept school is key to student success. You'll play a vital role in ensuring facilities are safe, welcoming, and ready for students and staff.
If you enjoy maintenance work, have a range of DIY skills and would be interested in working in a school environment, this could be the role you've been looking for! As a School Caretaker/ Site Assistant you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, generally maintaining school facilities and opening/closing of the site. From overseeing routine repairs to managing facilities, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the school's infrastructure.
You will work full time or part time hours - often a split-shift (early morning and afternoon), or occasionally a full shift. There may also be additional hours needed for functions or lettings.
