School Administrator

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for education? Our client is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to play a vital role in the daily operations of their vibrant school community. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy making a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Please note this role will require you to already have an enhanced DBS on the update service as they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so cannot wait for the DBS to be processed.

Position Details

Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Location: Liverpool

Key Responsibilities
  • General Administration: Handle various administrative tasks to support the school's functions.
  • Reception Duties: Be the friendly face and voice of our school, managing a high volume of incoming calls and addressing parent's inquiries, including safeguarding issues.
What We're Looking For
  • School Office Experience: Previous experience in a school office is essential and will be highly valued.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with children, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with common office software is a must, while experience with school-based software like SIMs or FMS is a bonus.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in handling administrative responsibilities.
