Job summary

A progressive care provider in Ipswich seeks a Scheme Manager to lead their residential living scheme. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in care, hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma, and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. A full UK driving license is also required for site travel across the region.

Do you have previous experience working in care, managing a team and want to use these skills to develop further and take the lead?

This is an opportunity for a pro-active Scheme Manager to join an evolving Care Company and manage our residential living scheme in Ipswich. You will need:

• Previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment.
• Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
• Evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
• You must hold a Full UK driving licence to undertake this role. The role involves travel to various locations across Ipswich, Hadleigh and Manningtree (15 sites in total).
