In this role, you'll be the link between our engineers, customers, and service teams — making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. What you'll do
  • Planning & scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
  • Manage field service engineers' diaries and work allocation within your area in line with business targets
  • Arrange follow-up visits, specialist equipment, or subcontractors where needed
  • You will need to be able to make decisions based on a number of factors
  • Log and track complaints, ensuring swift resolution
  • Support your manager with additional admin and coordination tasks

Qualifications & experience
  • Experience in scheduling, call centre, or customer service roles
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills — confident with engineers, managers, and customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once
  • A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external)
  • Confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers
