Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to workshop and production staff.
  • Work closely with project managers to plan and coordinate production activities.
  • Support design teams in moving concepts seamlessly into production.
  • Manage resources, scheduling, and workshop space to ensure smooth workflow and safety.
  • Oversee subcontractor resourcing and assist the HR Manager with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Monitor budgets, attend weekly cost meetings, and track departmental spend.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and production methods.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient workplace.
  • Champion Health & Safety best practices at all times.
