Amalga Limited are a specialist airport construction logistics contractor and have been awarded contracts at Heathrow Airport to support the delivery of several major construction projects. We provide construction logistical support including the delivery of equipment, consumables, and airside cleared staff into the airside areas.

Key responsibilities in your role as a Scaffolding Labourer will be to deliver scaffolding fixtures, boards and equipment into sites using manual handling methods. You will be working within integrated teams in the airside areas in a live operational airport environment ensuring high standards of safety and security are maintained. You may also be supporting scaffolding fixers, securing temporary works, escorting temporary pass holders and being observant to traffic management operations.

The successful candidate must have a valid COTS Labourer card or CISRS Scaffolding Part 1 Trainee card, right to work in the UK, photo ID, proof of address, excellent communication skills and some form of previous construction site experience and be competent at following safe systems of work. You will need to pass a criminal record check, have lived in the UK for the last five years, pass a five-year written check, an online security training course and be prepared to participate in random drug and alcohol tests on site. Previous airport experience is useful, not essential.

We can offer an employment contract on PAYE paying a competitive rate on days 07 : 30-16 : 00 five days per week or nights working 19 : 30 – 04 : 00 five nights per week.
