Responsibilities

• Queue ticket management ensuring appropriate updates and call management.
• Hub Stock management including asset management of kit in/out.
• Manage disposals that go through their Hub.
• Triage and perform hardware repairs of in Warranty kit.
• Liaise with vendors for parts and returns.
