Mountain Healthcare Ltd in Lincoln is recruiting a dedicated admin/advocacy professional to support service users at Spring Lodge SARC. You will be the first point of contact, assist with forensic intake and liaise with police and local agencies to manage the patient pathway.

Based at Spring Lodge SARC, the role offers varied hours with a pro rata salary of £29,453.89, reflecting a 42-hour week. Training and development opportunities are provided within a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills and ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
• Experience in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children and adults.
• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
• Experience completing administrative duties.

Responsabilités

• 1st point of contact for service users.
• Administer and support process for service users and their families.
• Assist SARC Manager with day-to-day running of the centre.
• Ensure high standard of DNA anticontamination controls.
• Liaise with Police, NHSE, ISVA and Social Services regarding pathway.
• Provide preparation, support and advocacy for service users.
• Support with broader stakeholder liaison and service delivery.
