Job summary

Mountain Healthcare Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Crisis Worker to join the Sexual Assault Referral Centre team. This role provides compassionate support to service users and their families, preparing patients for forensic evidence collection and assisting with the care pathway across the centre.

You will be the first point of contact, uphold high standards of hygiene to prevent contamination, and work within a multi-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Good Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple agencies.
• Organisational and IT skills to manage case work and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service users and their families.
• Assist with preparing patients and collecting forensic evidence, maintaining DNA contamination controls.
• Support service users throughout the care pathway and act as an advocate during their time at the SARC.
