Job summary

Mountain Healthcare Limited is seeking a Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker to join Spring Lodge SARC in Lincoln, with occasional travel to other Midlands locations. Hours are varied and shifts cover 24/7.

The role provides essential support to victims of sexual assault, acting as advocate for patients, preparing for forensic procedures and coordinating care pathways and daily service delivery. You will be the first point of contact, handle administration, liaise with police and health

Responsibilities

• 1st point of contact for service users.
• Administration and support of service users and families, including preparing the patient and assisting in collecting forensic evidence.
• Support the SARC Manager with day-to-day running of the centre.
• Maintain high standard of DNA anticontamination between forensic cases (cleaning).
• Assist patients and liaise with agencies regarding service user pathways.
• Assist with preparation and advocacy during time at the SARC.
• Liaise with Police, NHSE, ISVA and Social Services.
• Be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network.

About The Role

Location: Spring Lodge SARC, Lincoln LN2 4DR

Additional Locations: Occasional travel to other Midlands locations

Varied hours per week available.

Shift Covering 24/7. Monday-Sunday 12 hour shifts 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00.

Salary: £29,453.89 pro rata based on 42 hours per week (£13.45 per hour).

The role of Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with the dedicated support and care required. Acting as the advocate for patients who attend the centre, you will empower service users to feel in control and be able to support during the forensic process and administration to manage patient care pathways and day to day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
