Job summary

Mountain Healthcare Ltd is recruiting for an Administrator/Crisis Worker at the Hazlehurst Centre CSAAS SARC, West Yorkshire, with a second location in North Yorkshire CSAAS SARC. The role is full-time (40 hours) with salary around £28,051.32 per annum pro rata (£13.45/hour).

Shifts include Monday to Saturday 9:30am–5:30pm, plus on-call out-of-hours options. Applicants must pass Enhanced DBS, two references, and Police vetting NVVP Level 2 checks; a UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults and children.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children and adults.
• Experience completing administrative duties.
• IT literate and proficient with data collection, Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone information and support.
• Assist in administration and management of visitors to the centre, including preparing patients and collecting forensic evidence.
• Support colposcope use and medical care, provide advocacy and patient-centred service.
• Maintain DNA decontamination between forensic cases (cleaning).
• Liaise with other agencies regarding historic cases.
