Job summary

Mountain Healthcare is seeking a dedicated SARC Manager to lead a 40-hour week role based at The Glade SARC, Bransford, Worcestershire, with travel to the Telford spoke site as required. The role includes 16 hours of clinical work and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse, midwife, or registered paramedic with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience.
• Confident working with vulnerable adults and children.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work outside core hours when needed to support the 24-hour rota.
• Female applicants only, as permitted under the Sex Discrimination Act.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver safe and effective services to all SARC clients, meeting national and local targets.
• Evaluate and assess current service delivery and implement changes to improve access and service delivery within budget.
• Manage all employees associated with the SARC.
