Job Title: SAP Project Management

Location: Cleveland, OH

Job Description

Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery — from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Drive S/4HANA implementation or migration programs, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology and business goals.
  • Manage coordination between functional teams (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, PM, etc.), technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, Fiori), and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; track progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Work closely with business process owners to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure user acceptance.
  • Manage third-party vendors, partners, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Oversee change management, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and audit standards.
