Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimise Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service operations.
Configure workflows, validation rules, automation tools, and custom objects to meet business needs.
Proactively identify system improvements and implement solutions independently.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored configurations.
Monitor data quality, ensure system accuracy, and manage integrations with third-party tools.
Provide training and support to users for effective platform utilisation.

Skills

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of Agentforce and its application within the Service Cloud ecosystem.
A self-sufficient individual who can take initiative, solve problems creatively, and think critically under pressure.
Ability to adapt to challenges and deliver solutions independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders effectively.

Experience Requirements

Highly knowledgeable with a proven background working with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Qualifications
