Role Summary
Responsible for frontline staff training, development, and overall profitability of a high-volume branch. Primary responsibilities include:
- Service-based leadership
- Staff training, development, and corrective action
- Sales and financial reporting

Responsibilities:
- Manage staff performance and build effective teams to achieve sales goals
- Maximize sales through staff training and development
- Daily communication with staff, providing recognition and redirection
- Provide ongoing training and education
- Collaborate with management and department leaders
Job Requirements:
- A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience
- Experience in customer contact management, employee relations, budgeting, and P&L review
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build rapport across the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
- Ability to attract, evaluate, coach, and develop staff
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
