Job summary

A leading travel agency based in the UK is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team. You will provide exceptional service, respond to customer inquiries, and support sales initiatives. The role includes training opportunities to transition into a sales consultant position within 1-2 years. Amazing opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join a Travel Team in providing top‑class bespoke packages that make travel feel personal and spontaneous rather than over‑planned. If you are looking for a new challenge and would love to join an amazing travel team as their new sales support executive, then please apply. The role is a stepping stone into a consultant role, over a 1 to 2 year period. Training and support will be offered throughout to support that development.

The Job
  • Responding to and qualifying holiday enquiries and incoming phone calls
  • Working with the MD on US agent sales
  • Building relationships with new and existing Travel Agent partners
  • Booking admin support
  • Help the Product Team to improve the holiday 'product'
  • Support the marketing team so they can create highly engaging content.
  • Attend in‑person sales events - in and out of office hours

The Package
  • Salary £28,000 - £30.000 up to £3k Team Bonus + Annual Profit Share Bonus
  • One two‑week familiarisation trip per year
  • Annual personal flight allowance to one of our destinations
  • 23 days holiday each full calendar year, in addition to the usual statutory holidays.
