Location: Hybrid minimum 3 days per week in-office

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Sales Support & Case Progression Executive to join a growing, family-run financial services business operating within the life insurance sector. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid working and genuine long-term progression.

This non-advisory, FCA-regulated administrative role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services, case handling, or regulated administration. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to advisers, progress applications efficiently, and ensure clients receive a smooth, professional service from application through to policy activation and beyond.

This is a varied and detail-driven role that requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple case files with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a pivotal role in three key areas:

  • Sales Support & Compliance Administration
    • Processing new life, critical illness, and income protection applications
    • Updating CRM systems and internal records
    • Supporting advisers with regulated post-sale admin tasks
  • Case Progression (Underwriting Pipeline Management)
    • Chasing insurers, underwriters, and medical providers for updates
    • Liaising with GPs for medical reports
    • Keeping clients updated and moving cases forward without delay
  • Ongoing Client Support
    • Handling queries from existing policyholders
    • Managing updates such as changes of address or contact details
    • Delivering a professional and empathetic service, even when discussing sensitive medical or lifestyle information
About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and is confident communicating with customers, insurers, and medical professionals by phone. You’ll be comfortable handling up to 50% phone-based work, including outbound calls.

You may have worked in a financial services admin role, a regulated sales support team, or a case progression function in protection, mortgage, or insurance. You’ll be methodical, reliable, and take pride in seeing things through to completion.

What’s on Offer
  • £30,000 £35,000 salary depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)
  • Full training on FCA‑compliant admin processes
  • Ongoing support from experienced advisers and leadership
  • Progression opportunities as the business expands and new support roles are created
Working Hours & Location

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Up to 2 days can be worked remotely. Please note this role is not suitable for someone seeking a fully remote position.
