Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including creating and inputting quotes into the ERP system.
  • Supporting customers with pre- and post-sales queries and working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Producing sales and performance reports and assisting with onboarding new clients.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of customer visits, events, awards, and assisting with proposals.
  • Undertaking market research to identify new opportunities.

Salary: Up to £27,000–£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


Hours: 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri

Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd are once again working with this fabulous client - An award-winning technology solutions agency with a growing client base across the UK, Ireland, and Europe who are seeking a Sales Support Exec to join its team in a newly created role.


This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop their career over the next two to three years. The role offers exposure to the full sales process, including involvement in client pitch meetings and wider business development activity. Initially, you will support the direct sales function, working closely with account managers, new business developers, and marketing specialists.


Key Responsibilities


  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including creating and inputting quotes into the ERP system and maintaining accurate CRM records

  • Supporting customers with pre- and post-sales queries and working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues

  • Producing sales and performance reports and assisting with onboarding new clients alongside the finance team
