Who will you be working with?

You will be liaising with the sales team, customers, the engineering and quality departments as well as the production team. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Where is the position located?

This is a Permanent Full-time position at Welshpool, WA.

Typical day (Responsibilities)

• Assist the sales team and liaise with engineering to confirm sizing and performance.
• Calculate pricing and generate quotations for all parts and services.
• Process purchase orders and conduct in-house sales.
• Manage customer queries and complaints.
• Price and quote all parts using software and stock control sheets.
• Attend LEAN and other meetings as required.
• Implement process improvement projects and system audits.

What do we want to know about you? (Qualifications)

• Sales experience in the industrial sector (advantageous).
• Strong stakeholder experience; liaising with customers and processing orders.
• Mechanical knowledge/aptitude & knowledge of the imperial measurement system (advantageous).
• High attention to detail and ability to cope well under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a random drug & alcohol, fitness for work assessment.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete background and criminal history checks.
