This role is within Stryker’s Interventional Spine (IVS) business, which offers high-quality implant and capital products for spinal fracture treatment and pain management. We seek an ambitious sales professional committed to growth.

As an IVS Sales Rep, you will sell products that benefit patients and transform healthcare. This career offers growth, development, and diverse opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Pitch capital products that save costs and support hospital sustainability goals
  • Engage stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical buyers, to build partnerships
  • Develop and execute sales plans, support pricing strategies, and negotiate
  • Track sales progress, forecast, and communicate insights
  • Educate and support hospital staff on product use and maintenance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present cost-saving capital solutions to stakeholders
  • Support sustainability goals through product portfolio
  • Prospect new customers and maintain existing relationships
  • Develop technical skills for clinical training
  • Introduce new products and support launches
  • Increase account penetration with value-added programs
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Support procedures in theatre
  • Manage pipeline using CRM Salesforce
  • Develop business plans based on market analysis
  • Participate in planning activities and identify Key Opinion Leaders

What you need:

  • Training or degree in sciences, medical/scientific/technical field, or equivalent experience
