Sales Processor

Location: Cheshire

£25,397 plus company pension, healthcare, annual company bonus, death in service and 30 days holiday inclusive of statutory days

We are one of the UK’s leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Processor to assist our busy sales department with processing sales of pumps and pumping solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Sales order processing
  • Processing of Goods Return requests
  • Responding to non-technical enquiries
  • Contacting existing and new customers and building rapport
  • Dealing with logistics queries
Experience
  • Computer literacy (Office365 etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with internal and external customers
  • Good standard of verbal and written English
  • Have a strong administration background with direct client contact
  • Full UK driving licence with own vehicle
Skills & Capabilities
  • Ability to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships, responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Strong prioritisation or organisation skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
  • Be flexible and reactive when urgent issues arise
