A leading consumer products company in London is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue and support retail partners. The role involves demand planning, inventory management, and collaborating with internal teams to analyze sales performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and strong analytical skills. This position offers a hybrid work model, working three days a week in the office.

The Sales Operations Manager is the primary resource for operational functions associated with driving revenue and margin for assigned retail accounts. Key functions include demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, POS & trend analysis, trade spend management, and daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational performance. The role involves monitoring real-time business issues, interpreting data, and suggesting immediate action plans to address issues or opportunities. The position collaborates with Shark/Ninja internal cross-functional resources and direct account contacts to communicate and act on business issues in a timely manner.
The position is based in London, hybrid 3 days a week.
