A recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Sales Office Assistant to support the sales team with various administrative tasks including managing phone calls and coordinating appointments. Overview

If you would like to join a small, but very successful organisation then this position for a Sales Office Assistant will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing all-round administrative support in busy sales office
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing information and guidance to clients on services provided
  • Co-ordinating appointments for Surveyors to complete assessments
  • Collating Surveyor plans and producing detailed quotations for clients
  • Following up on quotations to establish clients interest and managing orders received
