Salary: £28k - £30k per annum (+ bonus/profit share) Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 18:00) + c. 1 in 4 Saturdays Experience: Property, Estate Agency, Administration, Negotiator, Sales, Property Strategy, Collaboration, Independent

Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a long‑standing and well‑established Estate Agency client, who have outstanding staff longevity and a track record for genuine progression, to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their successful Abingdon branch.

Role

As Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for handling new property enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating sales in Abingdon and the surrounding villages to deliver a truly unique and personalised service from start to finish. You will be a real team player but also driven to achieve sales whilst providing a truly special level of customer service to every buyer and seller alike.

Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence, with access to own car

  • A strong communicator with the confidence to engage directly with clients both in their homes and via email or phone
