Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: Shirley Salary: Up to £30,750 OTE, with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

About the Role of Sales Progressor:

Our client is a leading estate agency group with over 100 high street locations across the South-East. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills in supporting customers who are buying and selling their home You'll provide a top tier service and build lasting relationships with clients, whilst generating leads and driving business growth. Responsibilities for the position of Sales Negotiator:
  • Start your day with a team catch-up
  • Support customers throughout the home-buying or selling journey
  • Handle property presentations, negotiations, and sales management
  • Proactively generate leads and contribute to business growth
  • Deliver exceptional service, organising viewings and appointments
  • Primarily office-based, with chances to head out for viewings when needed
