A leading estate agency group is looking for a Sales Negotiator to support clients in their home buying and selling journey. This role requires at least 6 months of experience in the estate agency sector, where you will manage negotiations, presentations, and generate new leads. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive earnings along with excellent benefits including paid holidays, pension, and ongoing training opportunities.
Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: Shirley Salary: Up to £30,750 OTE, with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)
