About the Sales Manager job
  • By growing the UK division of their frozen bakery product range, this would be a great opportunity for someone to join them on their expansive journey.
  • Reporting directly to the group CEO, the Sales Manager’s main responsibility will be to introduce the company’s products to the foodservice and retail channels in the UK and grow sales to a substantial level.
Key tasks
  • Deliver agreed business plan targets.
  • Build and establish UK sales and contracts.
  • Negotiate and agree terms to maximise profitable sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Use shopper insights, and trends to influence buying decisions, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive brand visibility.
  • Ensure strong execution of promotions and product launches, improving on-shelf availability, product presence and overall performance.
About You
  • The successful candidate shall have a regional or national sales background, with proven results in gaining and retaining clients in both the retail and foodservice sectors.
