The role of a Sales Manager is to conduct live video demo meetings with warm leads, presenting our B2B lead generation services in a clear, engaging, and results‑oriented manner. This role is focused on converting interested prospects into long‑term clients while ensuring a positive experience that reflects our values and expertise.

Sales Manager act as trusted advisors for our prospects – guiding them through our process, answering their questions, and closing deals that align with their business objectives.

We are currently seeking a proactive, results‑driven individual who excels at building relationships, understands the sales process, and has a proven track record of success in closing B2B deals. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries while growing within a company that utilizes the most advanced lead generation strategies and technology available.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
  • Conducting live video demo meetings with warm leads to present and sell our services.
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring presentations to highlight relevant solutions.
  • Managing and progressing leads through the sales pipeline from demo to close.
  • Documenting sales activities and outcomes to ensure clear tracking and follow‑up.
  • Collaborating with our internal team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to client retention.
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and staying updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

Hours (flexible):
  • Part‑time to Full‑time
  • Flexible Hours (we are looking to fill roles worldwide)
  • The number of sales calls is based on our lead and sales funnel

Note: We also have openings for Account Managers, and we are considering a hybrid Sales and Account Manager role for this as a full‑time position.

Earnings:

Base Salary of $1,000–1,200 per month for full‑time

Accelerator Commission:
  • 10% of first‑month revenue for first 5 deals
  • 12% for deals 6–10
  • 15% for 10+
