A rapidly growing, solutions-focused provider of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Joinery and Security services is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of new business development across the BTR, universities, NHS, local authority, government, education and wider institutional sectors.
The business delivers fully integrated M&E and asset solutions, supporting both private and public-sector clients from project ideation and design through to installation, PPM, compliance, maintenance and reactive works. With a strong track record in the BtR and commercial property sectors delivering services to over 5,000 apartments last year alone the company is now entering an exciting phase of expansion into larger institutional markets. This is a key strategic hire with direct influence over growth planning, bid activity and sector penetration.
