The Role

As a Residential Sales Manager, you will:

• Generate new business opportunities and win property instructions
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Drive branch performance and lead by example

Residential Sales Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Senior Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong valuation skills and a proven ability to win instructions
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, commercially minded and target-driven attitude
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Strong local property market knowledge would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
