Job summary

You will lead a team, provide expert valuation advice, and build strong relationships with solicitors and lenders. The package includes a £25,000 base and £45,000–£50,000 OTE, plus a company car or allowance.

We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to join an established estate agency in South London, offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator with a proven track record of converting valuations into sales.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Manage the sales process and provide expert advice to customers
• Conduct property valuations and showcase properties to achieve the best possible price
• Convert valuations into sales and maximise business opportunities
• Work closely with your team to match properties with potential buyers
• Build strong relationships with solicitors, lenders, and other industry professionals
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities to win new business
• Support the Branch Manager in motivating, developing, and managing the team

Sales Manager Requirements

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator
• A strong track record of converting valuations into sales
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
• A full UK driving licence
