GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow an established estate agency on the East Norfolk Coast. You will drive new business, manage client relationships and oversee valuations and instructions.

The role offers a £28,500–£30,000 basic salary with an OTE up to £70,000, plus car allowance, profit-share and additional referral commissions. A strong commercial mindset and leadership are essential to succeed.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:
