GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager for an established estate agency on the East Norfolk Coast. You will work closely with a Director to drive sales and growth in the office.

The role includes managing the sales pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and mentoring junior staff, while delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and applicants. £35,000-£40,000 basic with strong commission and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager to join an established and highly regarded property business on the East Norfolk Coast.

The Role

Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager requirements:
