A leading logistics company is seeking a Sales Manager to identify and maximize sales opportunities within The Pallet Network. This role requires extensive experience in sales and business development, ideally in the pallet network or logistics sectors. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential. You will work closely with members and ensure alignment with market trends while contributing to marketing strategies. The position includes benefits such as 31 days of holiday and a pension scheme, working primarily in Leeds with some travel.

Our state-of-the‑art, 605,081 sq. ft. single hub is the backbone of TPN operations, ensuring faster turnarounds, extended delivery windows and reliable distribution for both domestic and international consignments. With over 140 depots across the UK and Ireland, we deliver bespoke solutions for consignments of all sizes, backed by unmatched professionalism and dedication to our shared goals.
As Sales Manager, you will collaborate with TPN members and directly with blue‑chip organisations to identify and maximise sales and revenue opportunities for the TPN membership and TPN directly. Success in this role requires commercial and sector awareness and a strategic approach to maximise opportunities.
This role would need to be based in either of these locations across the North and North West: Leeds, Durham or Middlesborough. Regional travel and some travel to our Swadlincote head office will be required at times.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
