Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services Limited gives our clients the opportunity to integrate multiple packages which include Nitrogen services: purging, helium leak testing, bolt tensioning and torquing, system cooldowns; cleaning services: lube-oil flushing, chemical cleaning, retro jetting, high-velocity flushing; and drying using either air, nitrogen, or vacuum. Pipeline services, Mechanical, chemical, or gel technology cleaning allow us to match your pipeline conditions and remove debris with minimized downtime, reduce the environmental impact of evacuating gas from a pipeline system, so our clean-burn mobile flaring services and temporary gas transfer packages provides an environmentally friendly solution. Other services offered are, hydro-testing, water injection and enhanced oil recovery, and decommissioning services. We can package these services together to manage the entire pre-commissioning process. This optimizes the utilization of people and equipment, reducing overall cost, decreasing time to system start-up. For plant turnaround, our services minimize outage time while improving plant efficiency.

Partner with the best

In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for managing and expanding our client base in an assigned geographical region. Your primary focus will be on servicing existing clients and identifying new markets and customers. You will work with a diverse product portfolio that includes all service lines within Pipeline and Process offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Promoting the growth of P&M Sales within a defined customer base, including all Pipeline and Process services.
  • Identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and capturing all sales opportunities with the objective of maximizing sales.
  • Developing and building the sales input to the S1 (GSP) and S2 (OP) planning process for your responsible area.
  • Delivering the annual orders budget at the required profitability level for the region.
  • Strategically managing, developing, maintaining, and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Leading the preparation, submission, tracking, and closing of quotations and proposals.
  • Ensuring effective handover to the operations department for execution upon contract award.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for key accounts, tenders, and strategic deals.
  • Making sales presentations to senior-level customers and internal Baker Hughes management.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have an experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services.
  • Have an industry Degree in engineering discipline or proven experience in a similar position
  • Have a record of accomplishment in sales.
  • Have knowledge of commercial and contract language.
  • Have strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Have an ability to communicate at all levels within customer organization as well as Baker Hughes.
  • Be willing to travel when required.
