Sales Manager - Luxury Interiors & Design

Location: Westminster, London

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 plus commission.

A well-established luxury interiors brand is seeking an experienced and design-led Sales Manager to join its London-based showroom and head office. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium British brand renowned for craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales process, working with high‑net‑worth residential clients as well as architects, interior designers, and trade partners. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to final installation, while delivering a seamless and high‑touch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and develop long‑term client relationships
  • Represent the brand in a flagship London showroom and during site visits
  • Consult with private clients, architects, and interior designers on bespoke solutions
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional customer journey
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in premium or luxury B2C sales (interiors, kitchens, fireplaces, or similar)
  • Proven ability to close high‑value sales and exceed targets
  • Confident, polished, and commercially astute
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for traditional craftsmanship, architecture, and design
  • Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring others is desirable
  • Good understanding of the London luxury market
