Sales Lead Generator – Manufacturing Sector

Location: Bradford

Salary: £28,000 per annum + performance-based bonus

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a confident communicator with a knack for uncovering new business opportunities?

We're looking for a Sales Lead Generator to join our dynamic team in Bradford and play a key role in driving growth within the manufacturing sector.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from a range of sources – including software tools such as Glenigan, LinkedIn, and internal databases. You'll spend around 70% of your time engaging new prospects through cold calling, and 30% maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building rapport, enjoys the challenge of sales outreach, and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify new business leads using platforms such as Glenigan, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the company's products and services.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Record all prospect interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date lead information.
  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating inbound interest.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales – ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience using tools such as Glenigan, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and target-driven approach to work.
  • Experience supporting or creating marketing campaigns would be a strong advantage.
