Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Target Achievement – Identify and qualify potential prospects through both outbound and inbound channels, whilst achieving personal KPIs and contributing to wider sales team targets.
  • Revenue Generation and Growth – Drive new revenue within the existing customer base through group expansions and referrals, whilst maintaining awareness of emerging markets and competitive positioning.
  • Sales Performance Management – Review personal sales performance regularly and provide accurate monthly target commitments to support strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Strategic Sales Support – Assist the Head of Sales and Sales Team Leads with implementing sales strategy and staying informed about new products, market shifts, and competitive pricing.
  • Team Collaboration and Development – Work collaboratively to build trust and respect within the team, share improvement ideas, and support ongoing training initiatives for both personal and team development.
  • Administrative Compliance – Ensure effective completion of all administration, maintain proficiency with CRM and sales software tools, and adhere to departmental SOPs and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills

As a Sales Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

  • Experience in a SaaS Sales role.
  • Operations experience at a manager level in the hospitality industry, preferably in the F&B sector, is desirable.
  • Experience using front of house hospitality software.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
