You'll adopt and develop existing accounts, generate fresh business, and work closely with marketing, procurement, despatch, and production teams to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring long-term growth.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and promote the company in the marketplace.
  • Follow up on quotes, converting them into confirmed orders whenever possible.
  • Achieve target margins across both in-house production and traded stock.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure spend is effectively targeted and aligned with sales goals.
  • Assist with promoting the business at trade shows, events, and other industry opportunities.
  • Support fellow sales team members as needed to maintain consistent service levels.
  • Provide clear, timely reports on progress against targets, highlighting challenges and offering solutions.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and systems.
  • Uphold company quality standards in all aspects of your work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
About You
