Overview

Job Title: Sales Executive
Reporting to: Sales Team Leader
Date: September 2025
Working Hours: 40 hours per week to include some evening and weekend. Shifts to be agreed bi-weekly in advance.
Location: Hybrid - Commutable to Canary Wharf

Job Overview: The Sales function represents the principal point of contact between LITTA and its customers. Sales Executives ensure that all enquiries are handled in a courteous manner, providing the customer with all the relevant information to assist in making an informed purchase. This is a working-from-home role, with occasional visits to the head office in Potters Bar, so you must be willing and able to visit Potters Bar once per month as a minimum.

Key Accountabilities
  • Answering inbound sales calls.
  • Making outbound sales calls.
  • Responding to sales enquiries that arise via email.
  • Responding to sales enquiries that arise via WhatsApp.
  • To be able to understand customer wants and needs, consequently tailoring the offering provided.
  • To respond to inbound sales enquiries that arise via web chat.
  • To build long-standing relationships with key clients.
  • To make suggestions around how we can widen the sales funnel.
  • To be an advocate of the LITTA brand, posting on social media.
  • Keeping the Business Operations team up to date in relation to any sales-related matters.
