Sales Co‑ordinator

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £40,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full‑Time, Permanent

About the Company

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in the food industry, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team. Our client offers national supply and is dedicated to delivering high‑quality products and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the head of sales with calls, visits, reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Actively making outbound sales calls to potential clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to promote the product range.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling to increase sales.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client communications.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Organising sample requests.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, including preparing materials for sales presentations and events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in telesales or a customer‑focused role, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
