WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in Scotland to drive car purchases, book appointments, and close deals while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires a full UK driving license and the ability to work on a rotating shift.

You will join a fast-growing team with strong bonus potential and a market-leading brand. Expect 42.5 hours/week, weekend work, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; act as the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and other staff.
• May transport purchased vehicles to locations such as BCA sites during quieter periods.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
