We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive in the UK. The role offers £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220, plus a strong monthly and annual bonus.

The position involves a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on-2-off rotational shift, including weekends, within a fast-growing national car-buying network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional service, while coordinating with back-office teams.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBe able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
