Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Redruth to grow our customer base and deliver outstanding service. You will be the primary contact for customers, handle appointments, conduct appraisals, negotiate deals, and close sales with support from the team.

Earn £28,200 per year with potential monthly and annual bonuses. The role requires a full UK driving licence, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work on a 42.5-hour- week rota, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customers and help run the branch efficiently.
• Contact customers, schedule appointments, and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver great service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to support sales processes.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBe able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
