WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on driving car sales, assessing vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the main contact for customers, manage appointments, and help achieve branch targets.

You will join a market-leading brand with a generous bonus structure and ongoing training. The position requires a full UK manual driving licence and the ability to work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift,

Qualifications

• Must hold a current UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is essential.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Strong organisation and workload prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for customers and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and manage diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to support sales.
• May transport purchased vehicles to locations such as BCA sites during quieter periods.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
