Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer engagement across our branches. You will be the main contact for customers, handle appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a UK driving license, a target-driven mindset and strong communication. We offer extensive bonuses, progression, and a supportive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work alone and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Purchase cars and ensure efficient branch operation; main customer contact.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues; assist with vehicle transport as needed.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
