Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive in Nottingham. You will be the frontline contact for customers, driving appointments and delivering excellent service as part of a fast-growing car-buying brand.

The role requires a full UK driving license, experience in a target-driven environment, and superb communication. You’ll work a 42.5-hour week with a rotating shift, including weekends, and enjoy strong bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current full UK driving license (manual).
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer-focused communication skills.

• Strong administrative and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customers and drive appointments.
• Prioritise your diary to achieve targets.
• Perform appraisals, negotiate, close deals and deliver service.
• Liaise with back-office and colleagues.
• Possible transport of purchased vehicles to sites.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
