This is an exciting opportunity to join this hotel at a pivotal moment in their journey. With major renovations underway and a transformed hotel experience launching in 2026,they are focused on strengthening their sales pipeline, particularly across corporate bookings, functions, conferences, and weddings.They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support their growth strategy ahead of their relaunch.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities, while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry preferable hospitality with strong track record.This role will play a key part in driving future revenue and helping shape their sales approach as they enter a new chapter.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings across conferences, events, and weddings.
  • Support the development and execution of the hotel’s sales strategy.
  • Represent the hotel professionally at client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using internal systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (not limited to hospitality).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Working understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in hospitality, events, weddings, or conference sales.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or booking/event management software.
  • Sales or events experience within a hotel or similar environment.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Target-driven with resilience and a results-focused mindset.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Educated to degree level with a degree in hotel & Catering /Hospitality /Tourism or Business studies or Marketing.
